Chiweta Children Support

Welcome to the Chiweta Children Support foundation. We are based in Salima, Malawi. Currently we are focusing on improving the education level of the youth in Malawi by supplying scholarships to the most needed, willing and high potential students. We are supporting 16 children every year at different secondary schools throughout Malawi with our scholarships for a total amount of about EUR 2400. The first 8 students have all passed Secondary School with our scholarships and we are assisting them requesting bursaries for University and / or College.

In the future we hope to extend our Scholarships program so we can support the students also at university level and double the total amount of students supported to at least 32 students (4 in every year of secondary and tertiary school).
